Open Lecture
We are delighted to welcome James Alison to Luther King House as part of our Open Lecture programme, as he leads us with his lecture; ‘Not Bothered with Murder’: A Reading of Matthew 21.
James is a Catholic theologian, priest and author, whose explorations of the Christian faith have inspired many of us.
James has studied, lived and worked in Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Spain and the United States, as well as his native England. He works as an itinerant preachers, lecturer and retreat giver, and his many writings include ‘Jesus the Forgiving Victim’, a programme of induction into the Christian Faith for adults.
A pdf leaflet for you to download, print and distribute can be found here.
There is no charge for this event, but it would be helpful to have some idea of numbers, so please let us know if you hope to attend.
For further details, and to register your interest in attending, please contact Luther King House by e-mail or by telephone on 0161 249 2504.
