Summer School 2020: Spirituality in Contemporary Culture

22/06/2020 - 25/06/2020

All Day

Luther King House

Brighton Grove
Rusholme
Manchester
M14 5JP

Led by Glen Marshall and Graham Sparkes with contributions from Sam Wright, Jonathan Tallon and Kim Wasey.

Spend four days examining and assessing the many forms of contemporary spirituality. Explore the place of spirituality in such areas as visual art, film, music and photography. Reflect on the spirituality of young people and consider the insights offered by feminist perspectives.

A pdf flier (which is free for you to download, print and distribute) is available here.

To book a place please contact Luther King House Registry Office – or complete our online Summer School Registration Form. If you would prefer to download a copy of our Module Registration Form, please click here.

The cost is £200.

The course will run from 9.30am – 17.30pm across the four days. Our time together will be shared between online classroom learning and personal exploration and reflection.

This summer school is also available as the MA module ‘MAS3 – Spirituality in Contemporary Culture‘ (at an additional cost) for those registered on our post-graduate programme.
