Book Launch: Theology of religion: Through the lens of ‘truth-as-openness’

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Luther King House

Luther King House
Brighton Grove
M14 5JP

A Book launch and introductory conversation by Revd Dr Graham Adams.

Earlier this year, Graham’s Theology of religion: Through the lens of ‘truth-as-openness’, was published by Brill. The book surveys of the dynamic and important field of ‘the theology of religions’. But it is far more than a survey. It takes a unique view of the way that religions assess one another building on the work of contemporary theologian Andrew Shanks.

This book launch will include a brief introduction to the ideas at the heart of the book and a conversation with a colleague to ‘open up’ the issues and stimulate questions.

Introduction and book launch from 7.00pm.

A pdf leaflet for you to download, print and distribute is avialable by clicking here.

There is no charge for this event, but, in order to confirm your attendance, please contact the Luther King House Registry Office.
